FAQs

When will my order be delivered to me?

  • We normally ship out all orders within 24-48 hours, unless it is a custom made order like a dress.
  • Shipping time within India is normally 2-5 days. 
  • For International orders, it is 14-21 days. 
  • For special cases like next day delivery within India, please contact us and we will arrange it for a fee.

Will the product delivered be same as pic?

  • Yes. In the rare case of there being any issue with the product or a variation from the pic, we make sure we contact our customers and work out a resolution before shipping.
  • We click our products in natural light to ensure that the colors come out as authentic as possible. 
  • We understand that trust is an important issue in shopping online. So please feel free to contact us on whatsapp/mail, in order to get more details or pics of the product. All contact details are given in the website footer.

Do you accept International orders? 

  • Yes, we ship worldwide at very reasonable shipping rates. Once you enter your address, the shipping rate will get computed automatically depending on order value and country.
  • Please choose Paypal as mode of payment if you are using a non-Indian card. You do not need an account with them to make a payment.
  • There is a dropdown at the top if you want to change the currency.
  • Our product prices are the same, whether you browse from India or another country.

What are the available modes of payment?

  • You can pay Cash on delivery at a nominal charge of 50 rs. 
  • You can choose the PayUMoney mode to pay by Indian credit/debit card, NEFT, or digital wallets like UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Ola Money and others. 
  • If you want to pay offline by cheque deposit etc, you can choose the Bank transfer mode.
  • For international cards, you can choose Paypal. 

What is your Return Policy?

  • The GiftPiper team takes a lot of pains to find the little handmade treasures on our website, and we want the receiver to love them as much as we do. So if you or the intended recipent have any issue with the item sent, please inform us within 10 days of receiving it and we will process a refund/exchange.
  • If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the damaged product. Otherwise the claim will not be processed.
  • In all cases of return except damaged products or any mistake on the part of GiftPiper, the buyer will have to bear the return shipping cost. 
  • Do keep in mind that there might be minor colour variations between what you see on your monitor and what you see in natural light.
  • Also, these being handmade items, might have some minor crudities like small stains, color variations, or pencil marks of embroidery patterns. That, after all, is the beauty of handicrafts.
